The name “fogjog” is a combination of fog, which is common in the area during the rainy season (ha!), and jog, which is like running but rhymes with fog. Maile and her husband Rob run for Rx, so that they can eat all the great food Rob prepares, and in so that they can: BE. ACTIVE. OUTSIDE.
